Hi! My name is Christina, I am a Canadian designer, photographer, and passionate world traveller. I am also, very food restricted, which makes travel really challenging. I’m a Celiac, so I require a strict gluten free diet, as well, I am dairy, egg and (some) tree nut free. Eating safely is half the adventure when I travel, but I’ve been to over 30 countries and won’t let my restricted diet stop me.
I decided to put together this blog detailing how I manage to travel nationally and internationally with my food restrictions, to help fellow travelers with allergies travel more safely. Please sign up for updates or feel free to reach out if you like what you see. Safe travels!
